If you are new to Pop Star Performers please could you fill out this form, giving us all the information about your child. Please include as much info about your child’s emotional needs as possible so we can get them settled in nice and quickly.

If you are a current or past customer, you don’t need to do anything.  

We will email you with full details of the class including what to wear, bring and expect one week before class starts.
